Explore Your Fit is designed to help you evaluate and explore practice areas and opportunities within Deloitte that may be a good fit based on your background and interests. After you complete the short online experience you’ll receive a custom guide that has links to areas on our career site, Deloitte.com, and Deloitte University Press that we believe you’ll find useful as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
Explore Your Fit is designed to be relevant—to help make clearer the impact Deloitte could have on your career, and how you may impact the world through Deloitte. It is segmented into four components, but it will only take you about five minutes to complete. Here’s how it works:
Deloitte is not assessing you. There are no wrong answers anywhere in Explore Your Fit, and we don’t store your information or even ask your name. You can take and share the experience with complete anonymity. It’s also designed to give you an idea of what it might be like to work in our high-performance culture. It isn’t for everybody, but after completing Explore Your Fit, you may decide it’s the right place for you. Completing this experience does not guarantee you will be selected for an interview or given a job at Deloitte.
